Treeland Services Company Limited effective on 01-01-2016, publish externally and provide to USB the supplier’s supply chain code of conduct implementation procedures

     Environmental Performance

  1. Meet or exceed all local environmental legislation*
  2. Minimize the key environmental impacts of your company’s business activities along their life cycle*
  3. Reduce pollution, emissions and waste*
  4. Promote recycling
  5. Maximize recycling and reuse opportunities
  6. Raise awareness, encourage participation, and train employees
  7. Commitment to regular reviews of the policy and to monitor its effectiveness (usually annually)

     Human Rights & Social Performance

  1. Explicit commitment to respect all human rights which refers to international human rights standards, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
  2. Meet or exceed all local human rights legislation*
  3. Freely chosen employment
  4. Minimum wage, hours and benefits
  5. Humane treatment
  6. Nondiscrimination/equality
  7. Accessibility for persons with disabilities
  8. Provision of a clean and safe working place
  9. Commitment to regular reviews of the policy and to monitor its effectiveness (usually annually)

     Healthy & Safety

  1. Senior management’s commitment to the establishment of a healthy and safe workplace and to the integration of health and safety into all workplace activities*
  2. Accountability of all levels of management for carrying out health and safety responsibilities
  3. Adequate control of health and safety risks arising from work activities
  4. Emergency procedures
  5. Maintenance of plant & equipment; responsibility of all personnel in maintaining a safe workplace
  6. Ensuring all accidents and incidents are reported
  7. Commitment to regular reviews of the policy and to monitor its effectiveness (usually annually)

     Anti-Corruption

  1. Compliance with laws, rules and regulations, especially anti-corruption laws such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
  2. No engagement in any form of bribery (receive, offer, promise or give any undue financial advantage whether directly or indirectly in connection with its dealings)
  3. No acceptance of undue gifts, payments and entertainment
